Ke-Shawn Hayes

Head Coach

Ke-Shawn Hayes is a Missouri native whose lifelong passion for wrestling began in his youth. A standout athlete, he claimed six youth state championships before leading Park Hill High School to three team state titles, earning three individual state championships and contributing to a #15 national team ranking. Ranked as the #12 recruit nationally, Ke-Shawn continued his career at The Ohio State University, where he became a two-time NCAA qualifier and two-time Academic All-American. With a proven track record of success and a commitment to excellence, Coach Hayes brings expertise, leadership, and a focus on developing well-rounded athletes to the BRTC wrestling program.

Brandon Conrad

Assistant Head Coach

Brandon Conrad is a Pennsylvania native whose wrestling journey is rooted in one of the nation’s premier wrestling states. After a standout high school career, Brandon competed at Division III powerhouse Lycoming College, where he was a national qualifier for the Warriors, amassing over 100 career wins and earning three Academic All-American honors as a four-year starter. Beyond the mat, Coach Conrad excelled academically, earning a prestigious NCAA scholarship to pursue his PhD in organic chemistry at LSU. With his competitive experience, academic excellence, and dedication to mentorship, Coach Brandon inspires BRTC wrestlers to achieve success in both athletics and academics.
